A Truganina woman has confessed she only slept for 40 minutes last night after discovering her phenomenal $20 million Powerball win right before bedtime.
The Melburnian grandmother held the only division one winning entry nationally in Powerball draw 1369, drawn Thursday 11 August 2022.
The tired but ecstatic winner checked her ticket before bed last night and was left shocked by the revelation she was now a multi-millionaire. “Oh, my goodness! I haven’t slept a wink!” she laughed when talking to an official from The Lott this morning.
“I only got about 40 minutes sleep last night. I’m so tired, but it’s worth it. “This is truly amazing!”
Her winning marked Powerhit entry was purchased at Wyndham Village Lotto & News, Shop 39, Wyndham Village Shopping Centre, 380 Sayers Road, Tarneit.
